Refund and Retun Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
  • As a customer of Football Shirt Paradise, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. This 14-day withdrawal period starts the day after you (or a person designated by you) have physically received the product.
  • If your order contains multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period will start on the day after the final item has been delivered.
2. Conditions for Returns
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Shirts must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Original tags (if applicable) should still be attached.
  • Personalized or custom-printed shirts are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will refund you the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs you paid when placing your order.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw, but we may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered or product defect).
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. How to return your parcel
  • Contact us within 14 days after receiving your order (via email at info@footballshirtparadise.com or through our contact form).
  • We will send you the return instructions and our return address.
  • Send the item back in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags if applicable).
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Once we receive and check the item, we will refund your payment within 14 days.
