We specialize in selling authentic/original football shirts and related merchandise. Each item on our webshop is inspected carefully and with years of experience collecting football shirts we can confidently say all our items are authentic/original. Any product numbers will be added to the relevant item’s page if available.
Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in terminology between seperate products may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through our selected payment providers. You can choose from a variety of payment methods on the checkout page.
Customers are responsible for any applicable international transaction fees or conversion charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Football Shirt Paradise is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors outside our control. We ship with reliable and fast carriers such as PostNL, DHL and UPS.
International customers may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are their responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order (Right of Withdrawal, EU law).
To start a return, please contact us via email or our contact form.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item.

6. Limitation of Liability

Football Shirt Paradise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.

All content on our website (images, text, logos, etc.) is the property of Football Shirt Paradise and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. For international customers, mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence may also apply.
