If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it by sending an email to info@footballshirtparadise.com. We will get back to you and will offer a full refund of the initial order, once we receive the parcel.
Keep in mind return shipping costs/labels are the customer's responsibility.

Yes, we include tracked shipping in all orders. Once we have shipped your order, you will get an email with the status and track & trace code. This way you can follow the parcel all the way to your front door.
Our football shirts
Yes, we only sell original licensed products from brands like Nike, Adidas and Puma. We always show images of style codes on our product pages and have made the authenticity guide, so you can check for yourself.
We use 6 different condition grades on our website: new with tags, mint, excellent, very good, good, used. You can find a short description about these on all product pages at ''condition ?.'' If a shirt has any imperfections or damage, it will be written at ''notes,'' at the product specifications.
We'd like to help you if you need more info/images.
We always provide the size from the brand itself, such as Nike, Adidas or Puma. The sizes between these brands can differ, so we recommend to contact us for the exact measurements if you are still not sure.
Most football shirts from Nike, Adidas, Puma, Hummel, and a few other brands use style codes to verify their authenticity. We always display this code in the images and list it under "notes" on the product pages. Check out our authenticity guide for a step-by-step guide on how to verify if a football shirt is original.
This depends, but we do at least one drop a month. A drop consists of dozens of football shirts. If you want to know when a new drop arrives, or when special deals occur, you should follow our Instagram page.
- Always wash the shirt inside out, preferably by hand
- Wash at 30°C (86°F) maximum and do not use bleach or fabric softener/conditioner
- Avoid mixing colours and do not tumble dry or iron.

Ordering & payment
We offer the following payment methods in our checkout: Ideal, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Bancontact, Unionpay and Shop pay.
When you successfully place an order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email in your inbox. Check the same email address that you used when checking out. If you think you placed an order but are not sure, please contact us so we can have a look.
If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. When you received a dispatch email, the parcel is already on its way to your address. In this case you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Yes, we make use of a secure checkout system build completely by Shopify. This will keep your information hidden from third parties. You can choose to save your payment information for your next order by checking the checkbox in checkout, but this is of course optional.
When you return your items, we will offer a full refund of the initial order, but only if everything is in the same condition as when it got shipped. The refund amount should appear in your bank account within a few days. If it takes longer than 5 working days, please contact us and we will look into it.
