Edson Alvarez was one of the main pillars of his Ajax side during his period. He was a real 'number 6' and helped the offload the defense. The 2022/23 season was his last year with Ajax, before making the move to West Ham. In his last season he managed to get to the final of the KNVB Cup but lost against PSV.
