Almere City is a professional football club from the Netherlands. They were founded in 2001 and are based in the city of Almere; a new city formed from drying out the water. The club plays their home games in the Yanmar Stadion, with a capacity of 4.500. Because of the club's late founding, they do not have the funds to compete with the bigger clubs in the Netherlands. However, in 2024 they managed to promote to the Dutch Eredivisie, the first division and top-flight.

In the 2016/17 season, Almere City managed to finish 8th in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. In a total of 38 games they ended up having 54 points, all while scoring 74 goals and conceding 66. With an 8th place finish, they qualified for promotion play-offs against other teams in the league. They did not manage to get promoted, mostly because they lacked quality and depth. This season would be the start of their new project to secure promotion to the Eredivisie

This Almere City 2016/17 home shirt has a red base with white-and-black accents. Their home shirts always have a red base and their main sponsor on the front of the shirt. The shirt comes in size small (S) and good condition, as it is really damaged. The club's badge and front sponsor have many cracks in them. AC5234 is the style code for this Adidas and Almere City football shirt.
