Barcelona 2005/06 Training Shirt (L-Mint)

FC Barcelona play at Camp Nou, the largest stadium in Europe, and have carried the motto "Mes que un club", more than a club, since the 1960s. The 2005/06 season is remembered as one of the finest in Barcelona's history. Under coach Frank Rijkaard, the club retained the La Liga title, finishing 12 points clear of Real Madrid, and went on to win the Champions League, beating Arsenal 2-1 in the final in Paris thanks to a late winner from Juliano Belletti. Ronaldinho was the standout figure of the campaign, capping the season by winning the Ballon d'Or after a virtuoso display away to Real Madrid, where he scored twice and received a standing ovation from the home crowd. Lionel Messi was now a first team player and was seen as one of the biggest talents ever in the world of football. 

This Barcelona 2005/06 training shirt, made by Nike, was worn by the squad, including Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Xavi, Deco and a young Lionel Messi, around match days and training sessions during that treble-chasing campaign. Its yellow and black colorway stands in deliberate contrast to Barcelona's famous blue and red home kit, making it a distinctive and lesser-seen piece from one of the club's golden eras. The shirt's design made the shirt really popular, as there was not anything like this design before. This iconic Barca training shirt comes in size large (L) and mint condition, meaning the shirt is as new.
