In 38 games, they scored 70 goals and only conceded 20, making it one of the best defensive seasons in the club's history. Barca ended 3rd in the Champions League group stage and advanced to the Europa League knockout stage, where they eventually got knocked out by Man United. Ousmane Dembele played a huge part in this season's success, which also was his last season at the club. In 47 games he scored 8 goals and gave 11 assists in all competitions. He was really important with pressing and taking on defenders in a 1v1 situation, using his pace and dribbling ability. 

This Barcelona 2022/23 home shirt has the iconic vertical stripes in Blaugrana colors but now also has a more dark blue color, making it a unique shirt. It was Barca's first shirt with Spotify as sponsor, which made the shirt sell out multiple times.
