The Allianz Arena's capacity for Bundesliga matches was increased to 75,000 in January 2015, right in the middle of a season in which Bayern Munich expanded on almost every front. Under Pep Guardiola, in his second year in charge, the club carried the Bavarian motto "Mia san mia", meaning "we are who we are", into a campaign built around chasing a third consecutive league title.
That third straight title arrived in record time. Bayern were confirmed as Bundesliga champions on matchday 27, the earliest the title has ever been decided in Bundesliga history, finishing ten points clear of second-placed Wolfsburg. Robert Lewandowski scored 30 goals in all competitions and famously netted five times in nine second-half minutes against Wolfsburg earlier that season. Bayern also retained the DFB-Pokal, beating Borussia Dortmund in the final, but their Champions League campaign ended in the semi-finals, eliminated 5-3 on aggregate by Barcelona after a first-leg mauling in which Lionel Messi scored twice.
This Bayern Munich 2014/15 away shirt was designed to bridge performance wear with streetwear fashion of the time. It is made by Adidas and is a predominantly white shirt that carries three broad horizontal bands across the chest in Bayern's colors, dark red, tribe blue and grey, with matching burgundy stripes running down the sleeves. As on the home shirt that year, the words "Mia san mia" are woven into the back of the collar, alongside the Deutsche Telekom sponsor logo on the front. This iconic shirt was worn throughout the season by players like Thomas Muller, Arjen Robben and Bastian Schweinsteiger in Bayern's away fixtures across the Bundesliga and Champions League. The shirt comes in size medium (M) and mint condition, which means the shirt is as new. Adidas used F48414 as style code for this Bayern away shirt.
