Manchester City 2023/24 Third Shirt Foden (L-Excellent)

Phil Foden made 4,270 minutes of first-team football for Manchester City during the 2023/24 season, more than any outfield player in Pep Guardiola's squad besides Julian Alvarez, and he used that game time to produce the best individual campaign of his career.

City became the first English club to win four consecutive top-flight titles that season, sealing the record with a 3-1 win over West Ham on the final day, in which Foden scored twice inside the first half. He finished the campaign with 27 goals and 12 assists in all competitions and was named the Premier League's Player of the Season, the Football Writers' Association Footballer of the Year, and City's own Etihad Player of the Season. City also won the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup that season, though their Champions League defence ended on penalties against Real Madrid in the quarter-finals, and they lost the FA Cup final to Manchester United.

This third kit, made by Puma and launched in Tokyo during City's pre-season tour, takes its design from the pulse and energy of Manchester itself. A dark navy base is covered in an electric spark pattern, with neon pink versions of the club crest and sponsor logos standing out against the navy, and a sky blue lightning bolt running across the front. Foden wore this kit throughout City's away fixtures that season, including its on-pitch debut against Bayern Munich in Japan, before a ball had even been kicked in the Premier League.
