PSG 2021/22 Away Shirt Messi (L-Mint)

Lionel Messi's arrival at Paris Saint-Germain in August 2021 turned the club into arguably the most star-studded squad in European football, joining a forward line that already featured Kylian Mbappe and Neymar jr. Messi signed a two-year contract after Barcelona's financial difficulties forced his boyhood club to let their all-time record scorer leave for nothing, and he chose to wear number 30, the same number he wore on his senior Barcelona debut back in 2004.

This PSG 2021/22 away shirt was made by Nike rather than Nike's Jordan Brand, who supplied the home kit that season, and takes a very different direction from PSG's usual colors. It uses a white base with an asymmetric striped design in black and light pink running down the front and continuing onto the sleeves, released as a tribute to the wider Paris region. Messi wore this shirt on PSG's travels throughout the campaign, in a season that also saw Gianluigi Donnarumma and Sergio Ramos both join the club.
