The Story Behind the Shirt
Villarreal is one op Spain's biggest clubs, although the small village of Villarreal only has a population of around 50.000 citizens. They won the Europa League in the 2020/21 season and have had some successful UCL campaings in the last years. The 2022/23 home shirt is worn by the likes of Danjuma, Parejo and Gerard Moreno.
